Job Description:

Required Skills & Experience:

·         AWS Account/VPC design including Subnets, Security Groups, NACLS, IAM

·         Relational databases (Oracle) and data migration

·         Cloud Formation Scripting, Chef scripting

·         AD Federation

·         AWS Logging (Cloud Watch, VPC Flow Logs etc.)

·         EC2, RDS, EBS, S3

·         Experience with assessing applications for Cloud Suitability

·         Experience with Migrating applications to cloud

·         Understanding of backup strategies 

·         Good understanding of;

·         Web applications

·         Relational database systems

·         Serverless architecture

·         AWS Associate Certification on Architect Track

·         3+ years production experience with AWS

Responsibilities:

·         AWS Solution Design

·         AWS cloud design patterns

·         Collaborating with application architects for cloud-reengineering

·         Assessing applications for cloud suitability

·         Migrating applications to AWS

·         Data migration from on-premise to AWS

·         Automation and CI/CD

·         Producing design and architecture documentation

Nice to have:

·         Hybrid deployments

·         Discovery tools like Cloudscape, Cloudamize

·         Migration Automation tools like Racemi, AppZero
