UNIX Admin with Incident Management

Rate : $ 48/hr.
Mandatory Skills: UNIX Admin Shell scripting, Unix Admin, Infra Administration and Maintenance.

Job Description:
                     The IM is part of the Production Support team which is responsible for managing incidents for new and existing Products.
                     This position is responsible for Incident Management ensuring that all incidents are identified, triaged and resolved within SLA.
                     Additionally, this position will be responsible for ensuring that all root cause analysis is documented for high severity incidents and delivered to the respective Product owners.
                     This position will interface with Comcast Product, Change, Problem, Release, Engineering, Market and Operations Management teams.
 Essential Duties and Primary Accountabilities:
                     Manage incidents to resolution including escalations where appropriate.
                     Daily incident analysis reports for outstanding incidents.      
                     Document and adjust the Incident Management processes including training appropriate personnel.
                     Participate in new Product releases.
-          Integrate support with Production processes.
                     Provide root cause analysis documentation to internal teams.
-          Review root cause analysis documentation with Product owners.

Mandatory Skills: Documentum Enterprise Content Management, UML - Unified Modeling Language, OOAD and Design Patterns
Job Description:
                Key skills required for the job are:
                                •             Documentum (Mandatory)
                UML - Unified Modeling Language:
                                •         Must be able to create detailed design from requirement to coding phase using UML tools. And ensure good amount of Tool generated code.
                                •         Technically guide the implementation team throughout the SDLC.
                                •         Understand Design Patterns and able to do refactoring

            OOAD and Design Patterns:
                                •         patterns from each of the Creational, Structural and Behavioral category in real life project successfully.
                                •         Able to apply design patterns (and combinations of these)straight away to problem solutions of fair complexity, and able to explain the reason of choosing one pattern over the                  other
                                •         Has mentored at least about 20unique architects/engineers on OOAD and Design patterns basics
                                •         Able to analyze UML diagrams/information and readily and intuitively mine out embedded design patterns, ability to comment on non-trivial architectures and design in a                                   relevant domain
                                •          Familiarity with design pattern tools wherever applicable
                                Enterprise Content Management:
                                •         Clear knowledge of ECM concepts and how it relates to processes of Capture, Manage, Store,Preserve and Delivery Must have sound understanding ofJ2EE,design                                                          patterns,optimisation Evaluate and suggest options between different ECM products Must be certified in one of the ECM products
                                •         Should have good understanding of Hardware capacity planning Should be able to guide team in developing optimal solutions Well versed in integration with enterprise systems                  and legacy applications Understand the SOA,ESB,Web Service principles Recommend different products in the ECM space based on the problem statement and requirements
