Job Description:
Key skills required for the job are:
•             P and C Insurance (Mandatory)
•             Insurance Business Analysis
Business Analysis:
·         The role focuses on communicating requirements to project team members verbally and in the form of written business requirements, user interface specifications, printed output specifications and similar documents.
·         Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
·         May write user manuals describing installation and operating procedures.
·          Works on problems involving complex business requirements and processes.
·          Must have good working knowledge of a chosen area/function
Insurance Business Analysis:
·         Basic understanding of Insurance Business Analysis; Should be able to analyses
·         Should be able to define and document the processes, Should be able to prepare should be able to prepare Functional Test cases and assist in Functional Testin.
·         Insurance Business Analysis: Should have knowledge of business analysis technique obtain sing-off on business requirements. Should be able to prepare business refunctional test cases.
·          Should be able to understand technology and engage with
P and C Insurance:
·         Good understanding of at least one LoB, in at least one Geo, with working knowledge of all LoBs in P & C Insurance.
·         Process experience in atleast one of the following functions - Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Claims, Billing, Reinsurance, etc., with in-depth expertise in atleast one functional area.
·          Experience in COTS products in P& C insurance space.
Life Insurance:
·         Good understanding of Life & Pensions business, in atleast one Geo.
·         Thorough knowledge of the Life insurance processes applied to one or more of US, UK,APAC.
·         Working knowledge of business processes and functions New Business & Underwriting, Policy servicing, Agency, Claims, F& A, etc,with in-depth expertise in atleast one functional area.
·         Experience in COTS products in Life insurance space.

Job Description:
Storage Backup:
•             Strong understanding of TSM backup infrastructure
•             Installation of master, media servers and clients
•             Policy Configuration
•             Library and tape drives Configuration
•             Backup Disaster recovery
•             Media Management and Managing Vaulting to remote site
•             Troubleshooting on backup issues and priority tickets
•             RCA preparation in case of MSO Incidents and problem tickets
•             Audit application backup policies and environments to ensure integrity of backup and recovery activities, ensuring 100% backup completion
•             Patch Up gradation on Backup Server & Clients
•             Backup Software version upgrade
•             Backup Performance tuning
•             Backup capacity
•             Backup projects
•             Backup operations
•             Handling internal\customer escalation
•             Application level backups like SQL\Exchange\SAP\oracle etc.
•             Incident\Problem\Change Management
Backup:
·         Monitor backup jobs, drives and robots using backup console.
·         Restart the failed backup if necessary and start the manual backup.
·         Perform data restore Performing SOP based activities.
·         Handling media management such us ejecting and loading media's.
·         Perform the robot inventory. Generate a backup status report.
·         Have knowledge on the following concepts - backup basics, master & media server management, Storage unit management, policy management and media management.
Consulting:

·         Effective communication skills, good articulation, ability to derive, understand, analyze business requirements. Good technology breadth of service lines.
